General questions

How do I get my first user id and password?

Once you receive a unique key from your school lunch coordinator, go to your school's lunch sign in page and click the "Sign Up" link


Can parents ever update their orders?

Yes, families can update orders for any menus that are currently open.


Can families pre-pay for their orders?

Yes. Families can add money to their account prior to placing any order. Then, each order will subtract from the amount in their account.


How does the pricing work?

Families pay for lunches directly to the school, either by credit card via "Pay Pal" or by check / cash. And, the school would pay "PTA Hot Lunch" a service fee for use of the ordering website. Please click "Contact" above and fill out the form to inquire about pricing.
